Briefly, this is a descrip- tion of my machine: 486DX50, 8 megs of IBM Internet Dialer WebExplorer Gopher NewsReade RAM, ISA bus, a 540 meg & 250 meg HD with an IDE controller. The total installation time took me an hour and fifteen minutes. After 3 weeks of use, my impression is that the overall system speed compared to OS/2 2.1 is faster in all respects, from booting to loading OS/2 and OS/2 Windows applications.
